Well, I am here to be your active listener. To help you reflect, re-focus and realign with your aspirations, core values and goals.
Do you feel like a failing parent? Wanting to support your child, but not knowing how? I know there is nothing more important to a parent than their child’s wellbeing. I also know that sometimes they need a little extra support. I can be that non-judgemental, safe and supportive coach who will listen, support and guide them in a positive way.
I can offer tailored weekly 45 minute coaching sessions for adults or children, one-to-one or online. This will follow a free initial meeting where we will discuss your needs and if, and how I can help support you.
